Château
du Plessis
Description: Entry Hall
Past the majestic wrought iron gates, a long alley lined with centennial chestnut
and linden trees leads to the château.
A stone Perron (front porch) leads to welcoming French
Doors. The sunny Entry Hall is paved with
natural pierre de Bourgogne (lime stone).
On the right, french doors open to the Salon and on the left to the
formal Dining Room.
At the end of the hall, a stone opening
leads to the wooden spiral staircases. At its base one finds the all essential wine cellar on the right,
and the princely powder room on the left.
