Rental Conditions & Reservations
The Château du Plessis is available all year round and rents on a weekly basis .

All
prices are per week. Sojourn longer than one week will be prorated per diem.
- Guests should plan to arrive around
4PM and depart by 10AM (special arrangements available upon request)

The price includes one hour cleaning per day during the week.
Linens are changed on a weekly basis.

All
services included: heating, gas, electricity (normal
use), water, all bed and bath linen, laundry, swimming pool cleaning,
house telephone (moderate use), caretaker, Broadband Internet with Email account.

Cooking: The house
keeper is available to cook dinner (prepared casserole
or a full service home cooked dinner) once or twice during the week
when ordered in advance of arrival. Rates are €18 per hour
plus expenses.

Reservation Deposit:
A deposit of €2,000 is requested upon booking. The balance
is payable one month prior to the arrival date.

Security Deposit: A
security deposit of €2,000 is requested and payable with the
final installment. The security deposit is fully
refundable, provided there is no damage, and will be
returned within one month of departure.

Cancellation
Policy: 50% of the initial deposit will be returned for
cancellation received three months prior to the arrival date;
if received three months or less prior to arrival, the
amount of refund will be prorated.
- Surcharge: there maybe a surcharge for pool heating, for excessive use of electricity and for parties of seven or more guests.
- Languages Spoken: We are fluent in English and
French. The housekeeper and the caretaker only speak French with a
few words of English here and there and both are very competent at “sign language”.
With prior notice a bilingual interpreter and tourist guide
might be available for hire.
Note: Please note that here is NO SMOKING at Le Plessis (indoors and on the terraces)
